Sprinting makes it disappear, holstered weapons make it disappear. I don't mind it not being centered, but I forget that it is. So coming back to Hunt after CS/R6/ULTRAKILL, it feels off. And I don't play every day, nor is Hunt the only game I play. Hunt is the only PVP shooter (I play) with a crosshair that's off-centered. I would accept being called the worst player in the world, but let me have this feature.
